Below you will find what I ate on my first week of weight watchers! I have to say I started out very good! I stuck with it and ate within my points value! Going Clock wise starting at the top left, PF Chang Chicken wraps, Ham and Potato Crock Pot Back, Tacos, and Egg White and Veggie Scramble! My Lunches looked like this Salad, Almonds and Low Fat Old Cheese! Keeping myself accountable!
